Home service trades get suspended at higher rates than almost any other category. Google applies a lower tolerance threshold to contractors, roofers, plumbers, locksmiths, and movers because those categories have been targeted by fake listings for years, and legitimate businesses get caught in the enforcement.
Most owners make the same mistake. They appeal immediately, or they create a new listing, or they appeal repeatedly with the same information. All three make the situation worse, and creating a duplicate listing can make the original nearly impossible to recover.
The appeal is not the hard part. Identifying what actually triggered the suspension is, and correcting it before you file is what determines whether you get reinstated.
Suspension Diagnosis. We identify the specific trigger. Usually it is the business name, the address, the category, the service area, or a pattern of recent edits. We tell you exactly what it was.
